Article Guidelines
All articles must be more educational and less promotional. You must handle the subject matter as objectively as possible, even when you are writing on your own equipment or technology. Direct mention of equipment/technology/company name must be avoided as much as possible. Author’s name, designation and company name will be given as byline along with photograph. If there is no byline, and if it is a combined work contributed by a company, due credits will be given at the end of the article.
Title & Introduction:
Your article should preferably have a concise tile and an introduction that explains the article’s contents and what readers will learn.
Writing style:
Write as simply and clearly as the topic allows. Explain any technical terms or industry jargon. Please ensure that clarity is maintained throughout the article.
Length of the article:
Your article should have a minimum of 1000 words, and can run up to 5,000 words. The article will be edited for style and space requirements. Send your article as Microsoft Word files.
Avoid common errors:
Avoid common errors like using ‘&’ instead of ‘and’ in the text, and using first-person pronouns like ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ to indicate your company, equipment or technology.
Images & Illustrations:
You can send good-quality images, tables, charts, or other illustrations, with captions, that can enhance the value of your articles. Do not embed the images or other graphic elements into the pages of the text. Attach them separately.
Copyrights:
Articles should be free from copyright infringements and plagiarism. Same applies to the images, photos, illustrations, tables, graphs, charts, etc. Authors will need to acknowledge all the relevant sources.
Footnotes & References:
Footnotes and references can be given as explanations and acknowledgements wherever required. Number your references in the order of their appearance in the text.
Biography:
Include a short professional biography that specifies your job title, experience, and your educational background. Also include a mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
Clearances:
If you need approval from your company to publish the article, please obtain the approval before you submit the article.
Publication
The publication of your article will be subject to approval and according to our editorial calendar. The published articles are purely for educational purposes and will have no commercial value. Due credits will be given to the author along with his/her photograph and a brief bio-data.

After publication of your article in Pharma Machines & Technology or on our website, you need to give due courtesy to us while reproducing your article in any other publication or website.
