CaPhEx 2026 addresses the growing need for a focused platform that connects technology providers with emerging pharma markets. Pharmaceutical sales in Central Asia are rising rapidly – Kazakhstan’s market alone reached 1,152.6 billion tenge in 2024 – yet local production still meets only 20 % of regional demand, leaving 80-90 % of the market dependent on imports. The event offers a single gateway to engage six fast-growing markets – Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Afghanistan – through one unified platform.

Governments across the region are accelerating industrial growth and encouraging foreign investment. Uzbekistan alone is implementing 104 pharmaceutical projects worth US$ 1.25 billion through 2026 to strengthen domestic production. The country’s flagship Tashkent Pharma Park, valued at US$ 388 million, will provide advanced infrastructure for R&D and manufacturing, generating more than 3 000 jobs.
