“Our vision is to be a global leader in providing innovative, sustainable, and technology-driven solutions across the Pharmaceutical, F&B, Cosmetics, Personal & Home care sectors. We aim to lead the industry in smart manufacturing and eco-friendly technologies that not only enhance efficiency but also contribute to a more sustainable world,” said Mr. Mahendra R. One of the biggest challenges was navigating the economic downturns and market fluctuations over the years. We addressed these by focusing on innovation and maintaining a strong commitment to quality. Another challenge was ensuring that we stayed ahead in a rapidly changing technological landscape by continuously investing in new technologies and up-skilling our workforce.
These experiences have reinforced the importance of resilience, adaptability, and a forward-looking approach in our management style. We have focused on creating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, which has allowed us to not only overcome challenges but also seize new opportunities. This approach has been instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction and ensuring its sustained growth.
Vision 2040 is for Parle Global to be positioned as a technology leader and partner of first choice for global manufacturers.
Partnering with elite global manufacturers will be crucial to our success. These collaborations will allow us to bring cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions to the Indian market.
By working closely with Global partners, we gain access to the latest technological advancements and industry best practices.
Combined with our local manufacturing expertise this will ensure that we can deliver cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
In the next decade, one of the biggest challenges we anticipate is the rapid pace of technological change and the need to continuously innovate to stay ahead. Additionally, evolving regulatory requirements and supply chain disruptions present significant challenges. However, these challenges also bring opportunities, particularly in digital transformation, sustainability, and global expansion. To navigate these challenges, we are focused on strengthening our R&D capabilities and investing in advanced technologies like AI to enhance our manufacturing processes. We are also building more resilient supply chains by diversifying our supplier base and incorporating sustainable practices to meet regulatory demands. Upskilling our workforce is another key strategy, ensuring that our teams are equipped to manage and adapt to new technologies.
At Parle Global, social responsibility is an integral part of our DNA. We are committed to giving back to the community in which we operate. Our CSR activities are spearheaded through Parle Worldwide Foundation. PWF regularly engages in initiatives that support healthcare access, education, and environmental sustainability, ensuring that our contributions make a meaningful impact. We have launched several health awareness programs, provided free medical camps, and partnered with local healthcare providers to improve access to essential services in marginalised areas. Additionally, we support educational skills upgrading initiatives.
My advice to aspiring leaders is to embrace change and never stop learning. The industry is evolving rapidly, and those who are adaptable and open to new ideas will thrive. It’s also essential to lead with empathy and build strong relationships with your team and partners. Finally, always stay true to your values. Integrity and accountability are the foundations of lasting success.
“We are particularly interested in exploring AI-driven automation, advanced robotics, and sustainable materials. Our aim is to not only adapt to future trends but to lead them by setting new standards for innovation and technology.”
