On April 1, 2025, OPTIMA India Packaging Machines Private Limited took over all employees previously working for Optima from the service provider Eckstein Engineering Business Solutions Private Limited.

By integrating the experienced team, the company is securing highly qualified specialists with a deep understanding of processes and specific market knowledge.

Pune is one of India’s leading technology centres and offers ideal conditions for first-class engineering services. Mr. Akshay Chikodi, who has been working for Optima in various functions since 2012, will take over the management of OPTIMA machinery India Private Limited.

After his successful tenure as Sales Manager and later as Director Sales and Service, he has been instrumental in the growth and success of Optima in India. With his extensive experience and deep understanding of the Indian market, he will play a key role in further expansion.

The new location complements the existing presence of the subsidiary OPTIMA machinery India Private Limited in Bangalore and strengthens its ability to implement customer solutions quickly, flexibly and close to the market.

With this expansion, the Optima Group is underlining its long-term growth strategy and strengthening its position in one of the most important markets of the future.
