Therefore, encouraged by the response and feedback to the previous events and with all enthusiasm and zeal, The 17th Edition of PharmaTech Expo 2024 & LabTech Expo 2024 was organised from the 8th to the 10th August 2024 at Helipad Exhibition Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. This year, the the focus was more on the Visitor promotion. Indeed, it was the pharmaceutical machinery and equipment manufacturing sector, pharmaceutical packaging, lab and analytical instruments, pharmaceutical formulations, and nutraceuticals. The exhibition area has introduced a Special pavilion on Pumps, Valves, Pipes, & Fittings, and we are eagerly looking forward to this exciting event.

The salient features of the this events, PharmaTech Expo 2024 & LabTech Expo 2024, are mentioned here:

• The exhibition, spanning 25000 square meters, will feature over 400 Exhibitors showcasing a diverse range of Machinery and Equipment for drug and pharmaceutical product manufacturing, promising an exciting and informative experience for the expected 20000 visitors. Visitors can expect to gain insights into the latest technologies and trends in the pharmaceutical industry, and have the opportunity to network with industry professionals. From cutting-edge technology to traditional methods, our exhibitors represent the full spectrum of the pharmaceutical industry, offering something for everyone.

• A Seminar on Facility and System upgrade as Per Revised “Schedule M” and Regulatory Compliance for Nutraceuticals is scheduled for 8 August 2024 from 12 to 14. This seminar, led by industry experts, will provide crucial insights into the latest regulatory requirements and best practices for upgrading facilities and systems as per the revised Schedule M. It’s a must-attend for all those involved in the nutraceuticals sector.

• Indo-Africa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IACCI) is organising a Reverse Buyer-Seller Meet concurrently with the event. This unique platform brings in Buyers from African Countries, including Angola, Burkina Faso, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Mozambique, Namibia, and Sudan, providing an excellent opportunity for one-to-one meetings with entrepreneurs/industrialists from these countries. The meet is scheduled from August 8th to 10th, 2024, during the event.

• Shri Rushikesh Patel appreciated the organising of this exhibition and said that the efforts made by the Government of Gujarat in the health section had been transformative and rejuvenating. The State boasts 30% of India’s Export of Pharmaceutical and drug industry products. Significant policy decisions and initiatives have resulted in the expeditious development of the pharma industry in Gujarat.

• Shri Harsh Sanghavi praised the organizer’s efforts in providing appropriate opportunities to small and medium-scale pharmaceutical machinery and pharma product units in the state. The right type of infrastructure has boosted the SMEs in the state.
