Unlocking Innovation - Introducing the Natoli RD-30 R&D Tablet Press Machine at Natoli-BCP Lab.

Natoli and the Bombay College of Pharmacy by bring the Natoli RD30 and AIM Analytical Software platform to the new lab have taken a significant step forward in the education of tomorrows pharmaceutical scientists which is the only rotary machine in the market today that provides true scale-up data. The NP-RD30’s design and data collection capabilities can achieve the required velocity in an R&D small format tablet press to study dwell time, feeder fill time, tangential velocity, compaction time, vertical punch velocity, ejection force, and tablet separation force all at production press velocities. This 1 to 1 scale up capability has been a void in the industry until the release of the RD30 and the unparalleled ability of the AIM software to collect the most accurate meaningful data possible.

The NP-RD30 is the only tablet press using 1-to-1 scale using true velocity. Unlike other rotary R&D tablet presses, which often struggle to accurately replicate tableting events affected by velocity. The RD30 can deliver this data in an easy-to-understand group of reports and plots that meet the rigorous standards outlined in USP <1062> Compaction Study Guideline.

Natoli-BCPTraining Lab will also provide commercial services to support the industry with troubleshooting an existing product and providing support with pre formulation and formulation services.

Whether you are a student eager to deepen your understanding of pharmaceutical science or a seasoned professional striving to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry, Natoli-BCP is your ultimate partner in success.
